Delete your SEVEN account

Request deletion

Email developer@ailabs.jp from your registered email with the subject “SEVEN account deletion” and request deletion of your SEVEN account. Do not send passwords, verification codes or payment card data. We verify account ownership and process the request.

You can also open this page from You → Request account deletion in the app. Opening this page does not delete your account.

Data removed

The Firebase sign-in account, profile, synced workout records and cooperative challenge data associated with that account are deleted. The same Firebase account may be used by the iOS app; deletion affects the shared account and synced data. Export records you wish to keep and clear local app data on each device.

Data retained

Minimal deletion security records (account identifier and deletion time) currently have no fixed expiry, preventing deleted data from being synced again. Google analytics, advertising and transaction records follow Google retention policies.

Subscriptions

Deleting an account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel separately through Google Play Payments and subscriptions.
